Mermay 2023 - Historical Mermaids

For Mermay 2023 I decided to follow an Historical Mermaids prompt list by IG user: @chloe.z.arts.

For each prompt I took inspiration from different things, but mainly trying to be respectful with each culture. Always tried to research more of each time period about the fashion trends, beauty standards, important landmarks and daily life. Sometimes I took inspiration from the art made at that point in time.

I had so much fun trying a different approach to my style and brushes.
